I am currently looking for a Handyman to work in commercial properties in the Derby area. This is a permanent position where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one.

The duties the Handyman will be carrying out are:

Basic carpentry
Basic plumbing
Patch plastering
Patch tiling
Painting
Minor brick repairs
Fencing
Concreting
General labouring

I am looking for a Handyman who has:

UK Full Driving Licence
Valid CSCS card (ideally)
Relevant industry experience
Experience working within commercial properties

As the Handyman, you will receive:

A company van and fuel card
Permanent employment
40 hours a week
Overtime available
20 days annual leave
Pension scheme
