Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator Derbyshire office based Monday - Friday9am - 5.30pm Up to £36,000 plus exceptional benefits If you would like to take control of the initiatives behind H&S and wellbeing as well as implement and monitor new strategy for an award winning FMCG, this is the role for you. You will need to work autonomously, be project minded and results focused as well as an exceptional communicator to succeed in this role! You will also be required to travel so driving licence is essential Job role / duties •Assist with implementing, monitoring & reviewing H&S strategy and procedure•Conduct and report on risk assessments, site safety plans and safe working practices•Analyse safety performance and report /feedback to head of department •Ensure any concerns raised are actioned promptly•Work with the SMT to manage and develop the Global Safety Framework.•Help to conduct TNAs for employees to identify and assist with the delivery of training•Proactively carry out workplace Health & Safety inspections •Ensure managers are supported with investigations and necessary steps to prevent reoccurrence•Collate and present Health & Safety reports and statistical performance data•Keep up to date with current Health & Safety legislation.•Develop & maintain effective communication with all colleagues •Taking an active role in promoting initiatives to improve wellbeing & Health & Safety•Conduct safety meetings as required.To be considered for this role you MUST•Possess a working knowledge of incident investigation•Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment•Have exceptional written & verbal communication and presentation skills •Be innovative in seeking solutions •Be approachable, a good listener and customer focused•Be proactive and able to set clear objectives as well as confront unacceptable behaviour•Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude This role is based in the UK and does not have sponsorship opportunity To apply please call Jayne on or apply on line.
