Teacher of Media (Part-Time, Temporary)

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher of Media for a part-time, temporary position based in Derby. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the students’ educational journey. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 learners, with a focus on both theory and practical aspects of Media Studies.

Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 learners in Media Studies.Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.Maintain effective classroom management.Complete necessary administrative tasks and student registers.Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive teaching strategy.

Requirements:Degree in Media or a related discipline at Level 4 or above.PGCE qualification is advantageous.Experience with BTEC and UAL qualifications.Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
