Title: HR ManagerLocation: DerbyWorking Pattern: Hybrid after probation Salary: £45,000  JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a HR Manager to join them and lead their HR function during a time of growth.   You will lead their HR team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business. You will be responsible for:
  • Lead HR department, drive people management strategies, and ensure staff wellbeing.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee information, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to handle grievances, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Oversee Bright HR, payroll prep, staff rotas, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Promote a culture of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) while managing recruitment budgets and reports.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience leading and growing a HR team.
  • Experience within the public sector or in a care setting.
