Title: HR ManagerLocation: DerbyWorking Pattern: Hybrid after probation Salary: £45,000 JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a HR Manager to join them and lead their HR function during a time of growth. You will lead their HR team in the delivery of an efficient service across the business. You will be responsible for:

Lead HR department, drive people management strategies, and ensure staff wellbeing.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee information, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Collaborate with senior leaders to handle grievances, performance reviews, and career development.
Oversee Bright HR, payroll prep, staff rotas, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Promote a culture of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) while managing recruitment budgets and reports.

What You’ll Need:

Experience leading and growing a HR team.
Experience within the public sector or in a care setting.
