IT System Trainer (Software/ Troubleshooting/ Windows)

Exciting Opportunity: I have an amazing chance for an experienced System Trainer to join my market leading client in the East Midlands. They have asked me to find someone who is not only tech-savvy, but also a charismatic communicator and a proactive team player. What You'll Do:

  • Train and Empower: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both new and existing clients on our cutting-edge software products, ensuring they are equipped to use them effectively.
  • Solve and Support: Be the first point of contact for client support requests via phone and email, providing solutions and guidance through troubleshooting steps.
  • Install and Configure: Set up our software products on client systems, tailoring configurations to meet diverse needs.
  • Feedback and Innovate: Participate in product testing, using your insights from customer interactions to provide valuable feedback to our development team.
  • Master and Mentor: Continuously learn about our latest technologies and share this knowledge with clients and colleagues.
