Summary:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Castle Donington - DE74
- Pay Rate: £16.65 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday - **FULLY ONSITE **
Duties Include:
- Engage with customers who have outstanding payments, addressing any disputes or concerns.
- Handle inquiries from customers via telephone and written communication with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with team managers and local office support to resolve outstanding queries efficiently.
- Produce, record, and file follow-up letters to maintain accurate records.
- Provide up-to-date debtor information for weekly and monthly management reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a credit control environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage customer relationships
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
