Hours:Monday to Friday rotating shifts - Shift 1 6am-14.30pm - Shift 2 14.00pm - 22.30pm
Start Date:Immediate

Company Overview:Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join their team. This role supports in ensuring that operations meet all regulatory and legal standards while striving to develop and enhance best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate work to all drivers in a fair manner while ensuring the meeting of operationalrequirements
  • To ensure the efficient and effective achievement of all operational targets and key performanceindicators.
  • To ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards at all times
  • To ensure excellent working relationships with the client and internal and external customers withinthe organisation
  • To carry out all relevant activities safely and securely, whilst observing company policy andprocedures
  • To assist the designated person(s) to enable the effective and efficient maintenance and repair of allequipment within the agreed timescales.


Requirements:

  • Driving Licence
  • DBS required
  • Experience or Previous Traffic Office Experience is desirable if possible
  • PC Literate
  • Good Communicator and communication skills
  • People management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Excellent time keeper
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused
