Production ManagerDerby - Permanent Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm£50,000 - £55,000Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E):
  • Promote and adhere to HS&E policies.
  • Support audits and action plans to enhance safety and compliance.
  • Foster a proactive HS&E culture to minimise incidents and hazards.
  • Implement effective processes to boost customer satisfaction and reduce waste.
  • Initiate cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.
  • Monitor and enhance delivery performance through continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and commercial awareness.
  • Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive experience an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of production processes, preferably in aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing and modern production techniques.
  • On-time, high-quality product delivery.
  • Adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Achievement of cost reduction and efficiency goals.
