Production ManagerDerby - Permanent Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm£50,000 - £55,000Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E):
Promote and adhere to HS&E policies.
Support audits and action plans to enhance safety and compliance.
Foster a proactive HS&E culture to minimise incidents and hazards.
Implement effective processes to boost customer satisfaction and reduce waste.
Initiate cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.
Monitor and enhance delivery performance through continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership and commercial awareness.
Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive experience an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Extensive knowledge of production processes, preferably in aerospace or automotive sectors.
Expertise in lean manufacturing and modern production techniques.
On-time, high-quality product delivery.
Adherence to safety and quality standards.
Achievement of cost reduction and efficiency goals.
