Company Branding:A medium sized House Builder are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a 6-month contract.
Job Duties:- Manage two low volume housing projects in Derby
- Supervise and lead two small teams
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- First Aid certification
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
- Valid Driving Licence
Degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Health and Safety qualification
- Previous experience working with medium-sized house builders
The role involves working on-site in Derby and may require occasional travel to other project locations within the East Midlands. The Site Manager will work full-time hours with occasional weekends depending on project deadlines.
