Site Manager - Nottingham

Site Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Site Manager to join the expanding East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The initial challenge is to work with a Project Manager to deliver a new build secondary school in Derby (£12m).

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Site Manager
- Experience managing construction sub-contractors
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage operations on site to ensure work is completed safely
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Ensure site records are maintained
