Our client is looking for a skilled Internal Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with existing clients to provide updates, reinforce relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls to introduce their services and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Accurately document client information, ensuring that all details and quotation requests are relayed to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain an updated client database, schedule follow-up calls and send relevant information to clients via email.
  • Promptly and professionally address client enquiries, whether over the phone or through email.
  • Research and identify new business prospects to grow the company’s client base.
