Our client is looking for a skilled Internal Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly engage with existing clients to provide updates, reinforce relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls to introduce their services and uncover new business opportunities.
- Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Accurately document client information, ensuring that all details and quotation requests are relayed to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain an updated client database, schedule follow-up calls and send relevant information to clients via email.
- Promptly and professionally address client enquiries, whether over the phone or through email.
- Research and identify new business prospects to grow the company’s client base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B client management and relationship building.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively over the phone.
- A proactive approach to engaging with clients, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
