We are actively looking for a Mobile IT Support Technician, to provide 1st & 2nd line support to all Trescal users.
About the Role
Joining our team as a Mobile IT Support Technician you will primarily, provide support to all Trescal UK users with their IT and business issues and propose IT solutions/fixes where possible. You will also be responsible for all user requests that are logged ensuring they are resolved and managed using the current Helpdesk solution.

Essential Skills
- Previous IT Helpdesk/Support experience is essential
- Must be customer service focused
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines whilst working independently
- Must be able to interact effectively and cooperate with all internal departments
- Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment
- Good telephone manner with attention to detail
- Ability to travel as the role will include UK travel to other sites with a requirement for overnight stays
