- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including TUPE and restructuring processes.
- Empower and develop managers through upskilling initiatives to create a self-serve HR model.
- Lead engagement and cultural initiatives, ensuring a compelling and consistent employee experience.
- Provide insights and solutions on organisational change, compliance, and employee development.
- Review and enhance HR policies and processes to support continuous growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor and champion for change, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years' experience at HR Advisor/Generalist level.
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
