Partner with local leaders to ensure employees understand their role in achieving company goals.

Collaborate with the Group HR team to enhance efficiencies and align processes across functions.

Provide expertise in organisational design and change management best practices.

Align leaders on strategic workforce planning needs.

Enhance engagement through process and tool improvements.

Leverage HR service delivery models to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Lead initiatives to streamline and optimise HR processes.

Coach and support the HR Team in managing tactical and operational HR matters.

Collaborate with the European Director on group-wide initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
Profile
- Proven track record operating in an HR business partner or Senior HR Manager role previously
- Able to communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders
- US/EU experience
