The Professional Services department at SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR professional for an exciting short-term role. We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to join a growing industrial business with 300 employees during an exciting new partnership. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company merger process and contribute to the seamless integration of the two businesses. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced and evolving environment, helping shape the future of the organisation.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations (ER) cases.
- Support HR processes during the merger, ensuring compliance and best practises.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations to maintain a seamless transition.
- Provide assistance to the HRÂ
Requirements:
- Essential: Strong ER experience with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
- Experience in using HR systems, particularly CIPHR and Cezanne. (Training will be provided if needed.)
- CIPD Level 5
