- Salary: £29,000 - £33,000

- Managing office premises, facilities, and administration services to ensure smooth operations
- Acting as the key contact for landlords, service providers, and facilities management
- Supporting senior leadership, particularly the Operations Director, with administrative tasks
- Line-managing and mentoring the Receptionist/Business Support Administrator
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as a First Aider and Fire Marshal
- Promoting office initiatives, internal communications, and staff engagement activities
- Managing both digital and manual filing systems in line with document management policies
- Driving efficiencies through technology, using cloud-based applications and Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar office leadership role
- Strong premises management and administrative skills
- A customer-service mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SharePoint, cloud-based applications, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and interpersonal
- A positive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
