What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing office premises, facilities, and administration services to ensure smooth operations
  • Acting as the key contact for landlords, service providers, and facilities management
  • Supporting senior leadership, particularly the Operations Director, with administrative tasks
  • Line-managing and mentoring the Receptionist/Business Support Administrator
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as a First Aider and Fire Marshal
  • Promoting office initiatives, internal communications, and staff engagement activities
  • Managing both digital and manual filing systems in line with document management policies
  • Driving efficiencies through technology, using cloud-based applications and Microsoft Office tools
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar office leadership role
  • Strong premises management and administrative skills
  • A customer-service mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, cloud-based applications, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and interpersonal
  • A positive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
