The Role:Hays Education is working with a wonderful school in DE24 who are looking for a brilliant Year 1 Teacher to join their team. They are looking for someone who is bubbly and passionate about what they do!Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 1 students.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
