YEAR 3 SUPPLY TEACHER JOB
About the Role:
Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a significant impact on young learners' academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3 students.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
