About You:

  • You have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • You are patient, kind, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the needs of individual children.
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting is desirable.

Your Role:

  • To support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • To provide one-on-one and small group support to children with varying needs.
  • To assist with the preparation of resources and classroom activities.
  • To help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • To support children's social and emotional development.
  • To help with general classroom duties.
