About You:
- You have a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- You are patient, kind, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the needs of individual children.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting is desirable.
- A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, is desirable but not essential.
Your Role:
- To support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- To provide one-on-one and small group support to children with varying needs.
- To assist with the preparation of resources and classroom activities.
- To help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- To support children's social and emotional development.
- To help with general classroom duties.
