Hours : Days -Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality aerospace components through inspection, process improvements, and non-conformance resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality inspections across all production stages, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 5001).
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and generate 1st Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
  • Identify and address recurring quality issues, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions (5Y, 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize measurement tools (verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, DTI) to ensure precision.
  • Assist in internal audits and maintain compliance with quality management systems.
  • Manage calibration activities and ensure proper documentation.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Background in engineering and quality control, preferably within aerospace manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in machining, fabrication, and treatments.
  • CMM experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong IT skills and experience working with NADCAP, SPC, and special processes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
