Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Derby

Are you an experienced project manager with a background delivering timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a specialist, delivering impactful projects across the country?
A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning specialist within their field who are backed by a large national contractor. You will be involved in some truly innovative projects across the residential, education, leisure & commercial sectors, combining a range of different materials including timber, steel & panelised systems.
Your knowledge of delivering timber projects will be essential as clients come to this business for bespoke solutions, creating some memorable buildings!
We would welcome conversations with Project Managers who:
- Possess a background delivering timber frame or engineered timber projects
- Are able to produce construction programmes using different software's
- Have an understanding of reviewing contract documents and identify any risks
- Can communicate across all levels both internally & externally
- Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS Black & First Aid - CPCS Appointed Persons advantageous
- Possess the willingness to travel to sites when required
