Assistant Quantity Surveyor - East Midlands

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Derby - East Midlands based projects

Salary: 30,000- 40,000 per annum

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on projects across the East Midlands with projects coming up in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. My client works across a diverse project portfolio for both public and private sector clients including, education, healthcare, commercial and leisure with projects ranging from 1m - 30m in value

This is an exciting time with their turnover already secured for 2024 / 2025.

About the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximise margin whilst achieving the required standards and quality.

This role would suit an ambitious Graduate / Trainee Quantity Surveyor looking for that next step, or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge. You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across a variety of sectors.

Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

Either Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor experience
Main or Subcontractor experience
UK Driving License
