Within our Capital Commercial Department, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Waste Networks team.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re looking for Quantity Surveyors who are up for something different, to join a successful, diverse and highly engaged team within our Capital Commercial team.
In this role you’ll negotiate contracts and provide commercial support throughout delivery, working closely with our design and delivery teams to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting our Project Managers to make sure contracts are managed, including assessment of contract events and applications for payment, issuing contract notifications, and leading on dispute resolution.
Key to your success in the role will be the confidence to develop sourcing and contract strategies, and to draft, test and negotiate work orders with our contractors.
