Description

  • Overseeing the management and strategic development of the property and estates portfolio
  • Leading the Property department and ensuring effective communication across the organisation
  • Implementing policies and procedures related to property and estates management
  • Ensuring all properties meet regulatory standards and requirements
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders and partners
  • Managing property-related budgets and financial plans
  • Leading property acquisition and disposal processes when required
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on property and estates matters to the Board
  • Implementing new Asset Strategy Programme

Profile

A successful Interim Director of Property, Housing & Estate's should have:

  • A degree in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Extensive experience in property and estates management, particularly in the Not For Profit sector
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team
  • Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
