Our client is a leading global venue and event management business. We are assisting in the search for a highly organised and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to help manage the food and beverage operation within the venue.What qualities are our clients seeking in the successful Food and Beverage Manager?

  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a senior role in a similar, high-volume, customer-focused venue.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and drive
  • Excellent knowledge of bar work, including a thorough understanding of bar dispensing equipment and managing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products.
  • You will be a natural with people - guests and your team
  • Ideally, a holder of a Personal Licence.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ideally, experience working in a similar environment, ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry, operating multiple busy bars and retail food outlets.
  • Experience in financial and budget management
