Cherry Professional are seeking a Business Development Manager for a Technology & Design Manufacturer based in Derby.
This role will suit someone who has previous experience of Managed Service Sales

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to lead and grow sales, revenue and profit for the company. The role will initially focus on 'New Business Development' with the view that the position will evolve over time to focus more on 'Account Management' responsibilities once short and medium term targets have been met.

-Demonstrated experience of executing sales campaigns to achieve agreed objectives, including tele-prospecting, networking exhibitions and referral selling

- Lead the sales process to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Deliver an agreed number of prospecting activities to win new business
- Proactively manage key accounts to deliver annual growth targets
- Align with marketing initiatives to support conversion rates
- Administer the company CRM to ensure that the department is aligned
