Do you have any sales experience, and want to join a thriving engineering company which will support you to reach your full potential with great industry training, and the opportunity to progress to Account Manager in just 18 months?
This well-established company will be celebrating their 30 year anniversary in the coming months and have no plans of slowing down, providing an essential repair and overhaul service within the rail industry. Headcount is always increasing and due to continual growth the friendly yet ambitious team are looking for a new NDT Technician to take the business forward.
In this role you will carrying out a range of varied activities from processing orders and quotes via email or over the phone, to upselling and cross selling, following up quotes with the incentive of placing orders, inputting into various systems, passing on queries to the correct department, and providing pricing support. This role will also involve face to face client visits.
This role would suit someone from a customer service / sales background, looking to join a well-established company, that will allow you to progress and develop your skills, whilst increasing your earnings.
The Role
- Managing enquiries from clients alongside processing sales and associated admin
- Identify new opportunities to upsell and build relationships
- Assist with marketing team, supporting at events and conferences
- Face to face client visits to aid relationship building
