Position: EUC Service Delivery Manager

Contract Duration: 6-9 months (potential for permanent placement in 2025)

Are you an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Service Delivery Manager ready to take on a challenging role within a dynamic and growing organization? Our customer is building a lean intelligent enterprise, scaling up to between (phone number removed) staff distributed across a wide geographical spread. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the delivery of end user computing services via an external managed service provider, ensuring we have the capability to provide an exceptional user experience across different cultural and regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Service Management: Oversee the end user computing environment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and core applications.
• User Empowerment: Promote user self-sufficiency and proactive management.
• Security Compliance: Monitor and report on application compliance to security policies of end user devices.
• Asset Management: Manage inventory and applications on the end user compute estate.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective relationships with IT teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Innovation and Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the end user computing service.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the end user computing domain.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience delivering and managing end user computing services in both large, complex organizations and smaller, more agile settings.
• Managed Service Provider Experience: Experience of different environments working with or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and in end user environments.
• Innovative Mindset: Ability to change internal stakeholders' and customers' mindsets to be more innovative in using technology.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to interface between an agile managed service provider and key business stakeholders.
• Global Perspective: Appreciation of the challenges in delivering EUC services to global organizations, considering cultural and regional aspects.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, core applications, and security policies.
