Senior Residential Support Worker

Para Group Holdings are currently recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers in our home in Derby. Do you have experience of working with Children and Young People if so then this could be the job for you.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker you must have experience of working with Children and Young People and hold a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the team on a day to day basis
• Ensure Placement Plans for Young People are up to date
• Carrying out Key Work Sessions for Young People
• Attending meetings on behalf of Young People
• Safeguarding and being an advacote of Young People
• Creating positive relationships with Young People

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
