Role: Senior Surveyor
Location: Derby
Rate: 35 an hour
Contract: Temporary 3 month rolling
Responsibilities of the Senior Surveyor:
- Undertake surveys of properties in relation to responsive and planned maintenance as appropriate. Compile and submit all necessary information/orders within the prescribed time scales. Where appropriate establish programmes of work ensuring that repairs arising are carried out in accordance with priorities and with the minimum of delay and inconvenience to the tenant.
- Deal with enquiries and complaints made by customers, advise and deal sympathetically with them, ensuring adequate consultation and liaison.
Ideal experience of the Senior Surveyor:
- Extensive Building maintenance including surveying/supervising
- HNC/BTEC Building Studies or equivalent
- Social Housing experience
