The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Ensure all orders are received on time and in full.
  • Supplier Reports: Track non-arrivals and shortages, and compile performance data for buyers.
  • Documentation: Manage missing CMR/dispatch notes and maintain crucial spreadsheets.
  • Claims Support: Help out with claims, short weights, and contract confirmations, spreading the word across the business.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Oversee the returnable equipment, ensuring everything is reconciled and returned promptly.
  • Cold store Bookings: Enter intakes into the MRP system and ensure audit compliance.
  • Traceability Analysis: Analyse supplier traceability manifests and update the cold store.

What We Need:

  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with experience across different MRP systems.
  • Multitasker: Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
