NEOS Engineering are currently working with a Plant business who are looking for an experienced welder for a mobile role they are currently looking to fill. They specialize in mid to heavy plant all across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a welder who has experience working on construction machinery.
The ideal Welder is a candidate who has 3 years experience or more welding all types of construction plant machinery. The candidate will be confident working alone and be able to think on their feet!
The day to day role can vary from routine maintenance to breakdowns, your role is to get the customers machine back up and running as quickly as possible!

The Role:
- Bucket Repairs and rebuilds
- Construction Equipment
- Warranty welding to mobile and fixed plant
- Structural welding
- Forestry and commercial
- MIG, ARC & TIG welding
- Gas cutting, MAG drillingÂ
- Repairs to existing structures
- Pipe welding
- Covering Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne, Crawley
The Candidate:
- Experience working on construction plant
- Eager to receive overtime & progression
- Full Driving License.
