THE ROLE: WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As a Welder, your job is to ensure every fabrication meets the highest quality standards. This is not your average welding gigprecision, integrity, and attention to detail are key.

  • Welding complex, high-integrity fabrications using MIG processes
  • Working with carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, duplex, and even exotic alloys
  • Ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO 3834 and other industry standards
  • Following route card instructions and completing all required documentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area because a tidy shop is a productive shop
  • Collaborating with the team to proactively identify and suggest improvements
  • Passing rigorous quality control measures NDT inspections from visual checks to radiography

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Apprenticeship trained, time-served, or NVQ Level 3 (or higher)
