THE ROLE: WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As a Welder, your job is to ensure every fabrication meets the highest quality standards. This is not your average welding gigprecision, integrity, and attention to detail are key.

Welding complex, high-integrity fabrications using MIG processes
Working with carbon steel, aluminium, stainless steel, duplex, and even exotic alloys
Ensuring compliance with BS EN ISO 3834 and other industry standards
Following route card instructions and completing all required documentation
Maintaining a clean and organised work area because a tidy shop is a productive shop
Collaborating with the team to proactively identify and suggest improvements
Passing rigorous quality control measures NDT inspections from visual checks to radiography

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

This isn't a job for just any welder - its for someone who takes pride in their craft.

Apprenticeship trained, time-served, or NVQ Level 3 (or higher)
Minimum 3 years experience in welding - your work speaks for itself
Experienced in working with a variety of materials
Fully conversant with engineering drawings and weld symbols
A team player with great interpersonal skills
