Our clients, an independent practice based in Norfolk, are seeking a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor with a CeMAP qualification and a client bank.
The role can be performed remotely or in the office, offering flexibility to the candidate.
The salary package includes 80% on self-generated mortgage and protection business and 100% on broker fees, with on-target earnings ranging from £50,000 to £70,000, and top earners making up to £100,000.
Candidates should have experience in mortgage and protection writing, along with strong customer service skills and the ability to convert leads into signed business.
Responsibilities include writing mortgage and protection business as part of the advisor's duties.

Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

CeMAP qualification and CAS
Experience in mortgage and Protection writing
