What We Are Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience managing financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a small finance team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to the office in South Norfolk.
Why This Is a Great Opportunity:
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company, offering significant opportunities to shape the financial strategy and growth of the business. You will work closely with an ambitious leadership team and help drive process improvements as the company expands. The position offers flexibility for remote working with occasional travel to the office, and there is potential for career progression to Finance Director as the company continues to grow.
If you are a proactive finance leader with a passion for business growth and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
