About the Role:

Keeler Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing, dynamic company seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Finance to lead and manage their financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the company’s financial strategy, supporting its expansion both within the UK and internationally. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to guide the business’s financial direction and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, from financial reporting and budgeting to cash flow management and strategic analysis. You will lead a small finance team, implement process improvements, and optimise the company’s ERP system. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide the leadership team with actionable financial insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations.
  • Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts and financial performance reports, offering actionable insights for business growth and strategy.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to support business expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a small finance team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to the office in South Norfolk.

Why This Is a Great Opportunity:

This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company, offering significant opportunities to shape the financial strategy and growth of the business. You will work closely with an ambitious leadership team and help drive process improvements as the company expands. The position offers flexibility for remote working with occasional travel to the office, and there is potential for career progression to Finance Director as the company continues to grow.

If you are a proactive finance leader with a passion for business growth and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.
