NXTGEN is pleased to be working with a forward-thinking company in search of a talented and motivated Credit Controller for an exciting 18-month contract role. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team and make a significant contribution to the financial success of the business. In this key Credit Controller position, you will manage the full credit control cycle, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring timely payments. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, providing insights to help shape decision-making while maintaining a high standard of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full credit control process, ensuring timely and accurate collections of outstanding debts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving any payment issues efficiently.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and take proactive steps to reduce risk and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyse reports to track account status and support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all credit-related activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
