Part Time Live in Housekeeper/ Companion Job, Norfolk
A lovely elderly lady is seeking a Housekeeper to work in the mornings at her property in Burnham, Norfolk. She is looking for a warm and kind individual who can clean, do laundry, and prepare simple meals. This is not a caregiving role, as the client does not require personal care; however, some driving to appointments or providing additional support may be needed.
The purpose of this position is to help the client live as independently as possible, and it requires someone with compassion and emotional intelligence.
The role consists of 6 mornings a week with Sundays as the day off.
This role may be suitable for someone with a background in caring who is looking to transition into housekeeping. It would also suit someone looking to get a live in housekeeping role or looking to reduce their working hours.
Duties:
- General cleaning and tidying of the house
- Cooking a light lunch and leaving a meal to reheat for dinner
- Laundry and changing of bedding
- Occassional driving the client to appointments
The role requires a driver with their own car.
Accommodation: Lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the grounds with a Bathroom and kitchen. Pets and partners would be considered on vetting.
Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 10am to 1pm
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: Flexible
