R13 are supporting a brilliant manufacturing business in their search for someone to join their team as a Sales Administrator. This is a varied support focused role that with utilise your admin skills in order to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.

This is a great opportunity for some with previous administrative skills to join a growing business within a hardworking and supportive team.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role is based in offices in West Norfolk. The offered salary for this role is up to £30,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Supporting the smooth running of the sales team, ensuring leads are followed up and all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Raising and sending quotes.
  • Ensuring accuracy in the data on the CRM system.
  • Coordinating visits, booking accommodation/travel and managing expenses.
  • Liaising with customers where required by the sales team.
  • Running sales reports on a daily, weekly & ad hoc basis.

You will have/be

  • Proven experience in a an administrative position.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills with a keen eye for the details.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office & CRM Systems.
  • Confident telephone manner.
