Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.Helping with mobility and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.Supporting residents in maintaining independence and dignity at all times.Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine passion for helping others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential – full training can be provided!Right to work in the UK.
