Your new roleHays is partnering with a high-profile organisation with a global presence in their search for an HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract at their Norfolk site. In this high-impact role, you'll support their UK operations, reporting directly to the Senior HRBP. As a thought partner, you'll collaborate closely with managers and senior leaders within your region/business unit to shape and implement HR strategies that align with their organisational goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Operational HR: Manage a portfolio of approximately 800 colleagues across two sites in Norfolk and the West Midlands. Deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that add significant value to the business.
  • HR Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice and support in all HR matters to enhance business performance. Coach and mentor a team of HR Advisors.
  • Project Management: Lead and support key projects, including business transformation, restructuring, TUPE, remuneration and reward, and culture change initiatives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced HR Professional: A seasoned HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a proven track record in fast-paced, transformative environments. The ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex challenges.
  • Availability: Ready to start at short notice.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel between Norfolk and the West Midlands. Likely to be 2 days in the West Midlands every fortnight where you will manage your diary around the needs of the business.
