Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage new enquiries with a confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Attend viewings and negotiate new tenancies, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Resolve property maintenance issues efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team in a busy and varied environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lettings and property management.
  • Strong commitment to personal growth and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  • Mature and independent work ethic, with the ability to quickly adapt and take initiative.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and ideally Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
