As a Senior Property Manager, you will be offered:

 Key Requirements for the Senior Property Manager Role:
- At least 18 months of previous experience in property management
- ARLA qualified ideally however not essential
- A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude
- A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
- Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager:
- Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
- Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Keeping property systems up to date
- Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
