Trainee Property Specialist – Dereham and Watton

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Trainee Property Specialist for a highly established estate agency working across Dereham and Watton offices.

Due to our continued growth, an exciting & rare opportunity has become available for a Trainee Property Specialist at my clients busy Dereham and Watton offices.

This role offers the chance to join one of Norfolk’s most respected estate agencies. If you have great customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is perfect for someone looking to take their first step into the property industry, with full training and support provided. You’ll gain hands-on experience and work alongside a passionate, professional team.

How does the day-to-day look?

  • Assist with arranging and attending property viewings.
  • Support the team in booking market appraisals and preparing for property sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both sellers and buyers.
  • Learn and adhere to all compliance and diligence standards within the role.
  • Help maintain the office’s performance and reputation by proactively supporting sales activities.

You will have:

  • No previous estate agency experience is necessary, but a background in customer service or sales is beneficial.
  • A confident and polite telephone manner, with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • A keen interest in property and a willingness to learn all aspects of the role.
  • Confident, approachable, and eager to assist customers with their property queries.
  • A proactive and mature approach to work, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • A genuine team player, always ready to support colleagues and go the extra mile when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively, even in busy situations.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to develop your career in property.
  • A clean UK driving license and your own vehicle.

Schedule:

You will have two bases to work from in Dereham office and the satellite Watton office. Working Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm with a day off in lieu granted.

Salary: Completive
