Your new roleMy client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Workforce Change Lead to work with the HR Director to spearhead a significant workforce efficiency programme. This role is pivotal in reviewing all areas of the organisation, including recruitment, absence management and organisational design.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Specialist knowledge in organisational design, change management and TUPE.
  • Large, complex sector experience is a must and public sector highly desirable.
  • Engaging, collaborative, tenacious, and detail-oriented.
  • The ability to focus on both the bigger picture and the finer details.

The project is expected to last for up to 12 months. All flexible working requests are considered.
