Our clients, a highly regarded and well established Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Senior Branch Manager to join their team. The position is with an Agency who value their staff and provide longevity and a professional and friendly place to work.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- 5-day working week
- Monday – Friday
- Alternate Saturdays with lieu day
The successful Senior Branch Manager role, will be offered:
- Basic salary £30,000
- OTE £55,000 - £75,000

To be considered for the Senior Branch Manager role you must have:
- Strong track record in Managing within Estate Agency
- Leadership skills
- Understanding of Estate Agency business
- Ability to work as part of a team and drive team forward
- Driving licence
As a Senior Branch Manager your role will involve:
- Managing offices and driving the business forward
- Valuing and Listing
- Coaching and Training team members
- Team Meetings
- Offering the highest possible customer service
