Venn Group Capacity Manager SC Cleared 6 month Contract On-site in Wiltshire Inside IR35 – Rate DOE

Our client are looking for an Availability and Capability Manager to join them on a long-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to policies
  • Create Capacity plans and forecasts ensuring to maintain plans for current and future demands
  • Work closely with the Digital Partnership monitoring teams, identify capacity issues and provide capacity/availability information to allow for effective forecasting
  • Act as an SME for capacity and availability relate issues
  • Collaborate with Service Management departments and ensure stakeholder recourses are identified and coach
  • Assess incident and problems and develop/propose scenarios for addressing capacity constrains defining costs, risks and benefits for each

Skills Required:

  • Experience and ability to develop, schedule and facilitate training sessions to internal and external resources
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification required
  • Knowledge of computer systems, integration and architecture concepts
  • Experience in analytical/reporting techniques
  • Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of global business process

Desirable:

  • Further ITIL certifications are desired
