We are looking for an experienced Estate & Facilities Manager to join the team for an 18 month fixed term contract.  Candidates will ideally based in either Somerset or Wiltshire as the role will predominately cover these areas, however there will be responsibility for some workspaces in Hampshire and London, so candidates will be happy to travel.

A number of projects will take place over the next 18 months and they will be instrumental in ensuring they go well, that budgets are adhered to and that timescales are met.

Candidates will come to the role with leadership experience as there will be three direct reports, all are experienced team members who will support to get the job done.

The role will see candidates supporting the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions, including acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments. Our aim is to provide workspaces that are safe, supportive and inclusive.
