  The Role:
  • Carrying out measured surveys and producing detailed reports – bringing clarity and precision to inform key project decisions
  • Leading contract administration and overseeing project delivery – ensuring smooth progress and risk mitigation from start to finish
  • Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive results – adding value through effective communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Advising on building regulations, defects, and overall asset strategy – supporting compliance and long-term asset performance
  • Supporting cost control and budget oversight (desirable, not essential) – offering added value through commercial awareness and financial insight where applicable
  The Person:
  • You’re an experienced Building Surveyor (intermediate to chartered)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
