Venn Group Human Factors Specialist (SC Cleared) 12 month Contract Wiltshire - Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site, 2 remote£675-£780 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella, DOE)

Our client urgently require a Senior Human Factors Specialist to join the team on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of HF policy, procedures and guidance
  • Human Factors risk assessments (Safety Critical Task Analysis) for potential major incidents
  • Undertake HF training and awareness activities including development, production, design and delivery of new HF Training courses
  • Work within the Corporate HSE protection team implementing HF strategies aligned with HSE’s Human Factors Delivery Guide
  • Develop and maintain links with HF professionals in other  organisations and relevant bodies

Skills Required:

  • Must be CIEHF (Chartered Member of Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
  • Experience in Safety Critical Task Analysis in high hazard facilities
  • Extensive experience managing risks in high hazard environments
  • Experience managing risk assessments for high hazard activities/industries

Desirable:

  • Experience working on site regulated under Control of major accident hazard regulations
  • Awareness of the impact of HF with regard to environmental protection
